Wingate’s short term rehab services are offered within each of our skilled nursing homes at all 19 locations. Our programs help residents fully recover from surgery, serious injury, or illness and return home as soon as possible with the skills to perform daily living tasks. Wingate’s physical therapy team develops personalized care plans for each resident based on adaptive equipment, pre-discharge home evaluations, and resident and family instruction.
