Wingate Healthcare offers outstanding short term orthopedic rehab care with a focus on hip replacement and total knee replacement. To maximize rehab potential and to facilitate a safe discharge home, each resident is treated by a multidisciplinary team including nurses, rehab therapists, social services, and dieticians.
Residents planning on undergoing a surgery can take advantage of our Prehab service, where they can tour any of our 19 skilled nursing homes, meet our physical therapy staff, and pre-book their rehab stays at Wingate. Residents may also undergo orthopedic rehab treatment at The Gym at Wingate, our state-of-the-art therapy suite offered at various Wingate locations.
