Steve Levin brings over 28 years of real estate development, design, and construction experience to Wingate Healthcare. He is currently spearheading the strategic development of our Pavilion Suites program. Also, as the President of Continental Wingate Development Company, he focuses on development and construction activities for healthcare and senior housing. He has extensive experience in local and state agencies with jurisdiction over healthcare facilities.
Prior to developing healthcare real estate, Mr. Levin practiced architecture for 15 years. He holds several design awards, including the Project of the Year Award recognized by the National Association of Home Builders.
