Scott founded Wingate Healthcare in 1986 and remains the company's current President. Mr. Schuster brings over 30 years of healthcare real estate experience to Wingate. He served as a Director of Continental Wingate Company (CWC) for 20 years and as President of Wingate Development Corporation.
Mr. Schuster has also served as a Trustee and Financial Chairman for the Center for Blood Research and currently serves on the boards of the Massachusetts Extended Care Federation, the Massachusetts Assisted Living Facilities Association and is a Board Member of the Brigham and Women's Hospital Physicians Organization. He is also a member of the corporation of the New England Baptist Hospital and is a founding member of The Care Group. He and his wife Heidi are Founders of the Research Center in Transplantation Immunology and Tolerance.
