Jeff joined Wingate Healthcare as COO in June, 2010. Jeff brings over 25 years of senior living expertise to Wingate with extensive operations experience in post acute, skilled nursing, Alzheimer's care, assisted and independent living as well as congregate care retirement communities. Jeff served as a skilled nursing administrator prior to moving into multi-site management where he has held regional, divisional and senior operations roles throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. Jeff also served as a Senior Vice President of Human Resources for a national senior living company and founded the Sunrise Good Samaritan Fund, serving as president while the employee relief fund provided over $1 million in grants.
