Brian Callahan has been a Director and the Chief Financial Officer of Wingate Healthcare since 1986. His responsibilities include negotiations and maintenance of relationships with major banking institutions. His role with affiliated companies included management and oversight for a mortgage servicing platform consisting of four billion dollars of commercial, multi-family and senior housing loans, serviced on behalf of Ginnie Mae, FHA, FNMA and various commercial conduit loan programs.
Mr. Callahan is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is also a former Chair of the National Kidney Foundation Serving New England's Annual Golf Classic and a founder of Medfield Intown Charities.
